Senior Software Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, architect, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade applications. You will be building resilient microservices, optimizing database performance, and driving technical excellence across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement high-performance, fault-tolerant backend services and clean frontend interfaces.
Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and cloud architects to define technical roadmaps.
Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level software engineers.
Champion automated testing, continuous integration, and infrastructure-as-code best practices.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize system throughput and latency.
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of production experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Python, or Go.
Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js).
Demonstrated expertise with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
Solid understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API design principles.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
