Technical Project Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager to orchestrate end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise software engagements. You will guide cross-functional squads, manage client communications, and ensure on-time execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project scopes, sprint roadmaps, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communications.
Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Identify technical risks early and execute mitigation strategies to prevent project slippage.
Partner with engineering leads and client stakeholders to align on requirements and deliverables.
Ensure quality standards, documentation hygiene, and contractual milestone sign-offs.
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years managing technical software development projects in a consulting or agency environment.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or equivalent agile certification.
Solid technical fluency—ability to understand architectural trade-offs, APIs, and sprint estimates.
Exceptional client-facing communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Linear, and modern project tracking platforms.
